Dynatrace is a leader in the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) segment. It proposes a single-agent model, allowing customers to monitor the performance of applications with the help of AI. The platform is being deployed as a SaaS solution (digital subscriptions, which is the fast growing industry segment as of now) and is being used by more than 2’400 customers.

 DT is one of the leaders in the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) segment. The company is well positioned to cement its positioning in this fast-growing segment. We see value in Dynatrace's investments in automation and AI, coupled with its fresh architecture that allow the company to harness modern technology to fulfil the needs of today's customers. Key risks include strong competition in the growing industry from well-established companies and uncertain future ARR growth due to DT being in the middle of a transition to a subscription model.
